Second phase of Askern housing scheme opens as initial plots near sell-out

Housebuilder Avari Homes has expanded its presence in Askern with the arrival of Phase 2 at its Millside Lakes development, after sales in the first stage left just a single property on the market.
The newly released section introduces four different house designs to the site on Main Street: the Roseberry, Howard, Brimham and Priory. Prices for the latest batch of three-bedroom detached properties begin at £244,995.
Among the larger options is the Priory, a four-bedroom detached property starting at £399,995. Aimed at family buyers, the layout incorporates a sizeable lounge, an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room, four bedrooms and two ensuites.
The expansion comes as the original phase nears total completion, with only Plot 16 remaining available. The three-bedroom detached Barley home comes with several upgrades and added extras.

The sales centre and show homes, located next to Askern lake, are open between 10.30am and 5pm from Thursday to Monday.
