VIDEO: US calls for investigation into chemical weapons in Syria
The White House and US State Department expressed concern on Wednesday at reports suggesting that the Syrian government used toxic gas to kill at least 130 people in the eastern suburbs of Damascus.
The Syrian government adamantly denied using chemical weapons in an artillery barrage, calling the allegations “absolutely baseless.”
