Crash causes delays on motorway near Doncaster
Traffic has returned to normal following the earlier crash
Emergency services were called to the A1(M) near Doncaster following a serious collision which caused delays for drivers this morning.
The crash was between junction 36, for the A630 High Road at Doncaster and Conisbrough, and junction 35, the link with junction 2 of the M18.
Heavy traffic and tailbacks were reported on the A1(M) southbound following the collision.
Traffic and transport firm Inrix later said: "Traffic has returned to normal followiing an earlier accident on the A1(M) southbound.”
