Doncaster city centre bridge sealed off over concerns for person's safety
Emergency services were called to the scene earlier this week
A Doncaster city centre bridge was sealed off following concerns for a person’s safety.
Emergency services were called to North Bridge following the incident on Tuesday night.
Eyewitnesses reported police closing off the road at its junction with Church Way and Trafford Way.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 7:42pm (03.11.26) to North Bridge Road, Doncaster to assist other emergency services with a person of concern.

“Firefighters from Doncaster and Adwick stations attended the incident.
“They left the scene at 8:31pm.”
It is understood the person was not injured in the incident.
