The group is run on a Wednesday, there are two sessions every week.

One is a morning drop in 10am - 12pm and the afternoon class is at 1.30 - 3.30pm.

All forms of art are welcome - participants work on things such as knitting, colouring, writing novels and painting.

Creative Directions has been running at The Point for around three years and is funded by the Big Lottery Project.

Their art groups are open to anyone with mental health issues who would benefit from being in a group setting.
