“Being named Boutique Countryside Spa in Northern Europe means so much to us. We are fortunate to have a wonderful team of people who genuinely care about our guests and take great pride in what they do. Every member of the spa team contributes to the experience we create, and it is lovely to see their dedication and hard work recognised in this way.
“I am also especially pleased for our two talented chefs, Sophie and Michael, who, together with their small kitchen team, have put so much thought, care, and creativity into developing our menus. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes, and this recognition for the Herb Garden Brasserie is thoroughly deserved.
“We never take these awards, or the support of our guests, for granted. We are very lucky to have such a dedicated team and wonderful guests who continue to support us. To receive recognition on this scale, from our little corner of Nottinghamshire, is something we can all feel very proud of.”
