Past pupils from the 50s visit their old Doncaster school

Today I went back 55 years in my life, lots of memories were realised as I visited Bentley High Street school, which I attended for my senior school days.

A blast from the past with visit to Bentley High Street School

Past pupils from the 50's,( even further back than myself) attended the pre arranged visit, Peter Keedy and his wife travelled from Perth in Australia and others from not so far away, we all came together to experience past memories, a most enjoyable afternoon.

On Friday, July 5, 2019 at 3.30pm the school will be holding an opening day celebrating 90 years since it first opened in 1929.

I would like to thank Graham Westerman for arranging the visit and also a big thank you to the two teachers who escorted the whole group around the school
