Doncaster takeaway given a zero food hygiene rating meaning urgent improvement is required

A Doncaster takeaway has been given a zero food hygiene rating

A Doncaster takeaway has been given a zero food hygiene rating following a visit by inspectors in April 2026.

Pasta Patuq on Nether Hall Road received the latest rating after it was found that urgent improvement was required in the hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage.

They also gave the same rating for the checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer being confident that standards will be maintained in future.

Inspectors also noted that major improvement was needed for cleanliness and condition of facilities and building (including having appropriate layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control) to enable good food hygiene.
