Doncaster Foodbank makes urgent call for food donations for its Christmas appeal - facing some 700 people in need
Doncaster Foodbank has made an urgent call for people to donate certain items of food for its Christmas appeal, during which it expects to face the same sort of numbers in need a last year.
Project manager Keityh Rosson told the Free Press: “At this time of year, we see an increase in numbers of people needing our Emergency Food Parcels.
“Services are stretched to breaking point, and we require additional donations to provide food to those facing hardship in our community.
