Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances at the Keepmoat.
9. Taylor Richards 7
Caught in possession a few times in the first half, he still showed his quality on the ball with a selection of wonderful passes. His goal typified his game, with tenacity to win the ball back on the edge of the area and composure to slot in. Photo: AHPIX
10. Jason Lokilo 7
A lively presence on the left throughout the first half. He consistently moved into space high up the pitch to make himself an option and regularly found team mates. Photo: AHPIX
11. Tyreece John-Jules 7
A tough afternoon up against a physical and strong Bristol Rovers defence but he stood up to it well, winning fouls and more importantly holding the ball up well to bring his team mates into play. Photo: AHPIX
12. James Coppinger 7
Replacing Lokilo at half time, he showed his continued value with a strong second half showing. He was calm on the ball, helped slow things down and played some fine passes - none better than in sliding in John-Jules for the chance which Taylor ultimately finished. Photo: AHPIX
