Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances at Fratton Park. Let us know what you think on Twitter @FreePressRovers
1. Josef Bursik 7
Not forced into too many testing saves but needed to be good in the air and showed his ability in punching balls away throughout the game. When Portsmouth did get opportunities away, he dealt with them comfortably. Missed a catch in stoppage time but recovered to palm away the follow-up. Solid. Photo: AHPIX
2. Brad Halliday 6
Another good attacking performance from Halliday in the early stages of the game but he was asked to much more defending than he had in previous games this season and handled it well, barring an unnecessary collision with Wright that almost let Portsmouth in. Photo: AHPIX
3. Joe Wright 7
Had a tough afternoon marshalling Portsmouth’s lone strikers but stood up to the challenge well and let very little of any real threat get by him. Photo: AHPIX
4. Tom Anderson 6
Like his defensive partner, Anderson was solid and dependable as always against a tricky opposition and ensured there was little to trouble Bursik behind him. Photo: AHPIX
