The Arsenal youngster could hold his head up high after giving his absolute all to the cause week in week out, displaying tenacity, stamina and excellent ability on the ball. He can go onto much bigger things if he adds goals and more assists to his game. Photo: AHPIX Ltd

18. Rodrigo Vilca 3
The Peruvian had some technical ability but he wasn't what Rovers required for a League One dogfight. A panic signing that just didn't work. Photo: Andrew Roe/AHPIX LTD

19. Dan Gardner 5
Enjoyed a productive little spell following the turn of the year when deployed as a defensive midfielder but wasn't consistently good enough or robust enough. Photo: AHPIX Ltd

20. Adam Clayton 6
Took longer than anticipated to get match fit but his inclusion clearly made Rovers more streetwise and robust. He added leadership, communication, know-how, experience and defensive and positional awareness in midfield - qualities sadly lacking earlier in the season. Photo: Liam Ford/AHPIX LTD
