This summer Doncaster Creates, The New Fringe and True Tone are hosting a mini-arts festival in Doncaster Town Centre, from the August 5 to 8.

Rasha Kotaiche, co-founder and project manager of True Tone, said: “The festival will feature various art performances, film screenings, live music, a public forum and a multi-disciplinary art exhibition, titled Birdsong - which is open separately until September 29.

“We're looking for volunteers, aged 16 and over, to help us with invigilating the exhibition, producing digital content and marketing, stewarding the forum and technical support.

"Our Birdsong artists are also available to be part of a buddy program where you can spend time with them, learn from them and potentially create some work together.”
