Doncaster Council said: “Our six Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) will remain open across all three days of the Bank Holiday.

Sites are open as normal over the Spring Bank Holiday (Monday 31 May).

But it is important that ensure people no later than 6.30pm as all vehicles must be off site by 7pm.

There could be times when a site may have to close the gates early depending on how many cars are queueing on site.

Again this is to ensure that all vehicles have left site by 7pm.

"A reminder too that your bin day will not change this bank holiday weekend,” Doncaster council added.

Covid-19 restrictions include residents social distancing, wearing masks and is is encouraged to wear gloves and bring hand sanitiser for use after visiting site.
