Doncaster pageant queen Jasmine raises cash for charities

Jasmine Womack, aged 26, from Doncaster has been doing charity and voluntary work for as long as she can remember.

She said: "Last year a friend said to me 'It's time you got some recognition for helping others’. So I entered my first pageant system and due to lockdown have been able to do even more charity fundraising work then before."

In six months Jasmine has raised £80 for Samaritans Christmas Shoeboxes plus 65 shoeboxes, £82 for Mind, £82 for The Sick Childrens Trust, £126 for Castle Academy, £126 for Thornberry Animal Sanctuary and is currently fundraising for Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice with over £500 already raised.

Jasmine and her friend Laura Skiba, finalist for Blue Sapphire UK, are holding a Charity Online Talent Show for Bluebell Wood and The Sick Childrens Trust on May 2, the event will also be holding a raffle to fundraise further.
