Festive artisan and craft fayres set to bring seasonal cheer to Lakeside Village

A trio of events are coming to Doncaster

Three festive-themed artisan and craft fayres are set to transform Lakeside Village this Christmas as the popular events return with an array of independent traders, handmade gifts, seasonal treats and family entertainment.

Taking place on Saturday 7 November, 5 December and 12 December, the festive fayres will provide shoppers with the perfect opportunity to discover unique gifts while supporting local makers, bakers, artists and creative businesses from across Doncaster and the surrounding region.

Traders attending the events include a mixture of returning favourites and new independent businesses, such as handmade jewellery from Calina Jewellery, stained glass gifts from Leanda Howard Stained Glass, bespoke creations from Bespoke Creat3D and The Gift Patch, and home fragrances from House of Leonard and Lush Aromas.

Food lovers can enjoy sweet treats from Baked by Chloe, Charlotte's Sweet Creations and The Cookie Pie Man, alongside authentic street food from Rampe, German favourites from Fresh & Delicious Catering, and craft beer from Lab in the Garage Brewing.

The Artisan & Craft Fayres have become a popular fixture in the Lakeside Village events calendar, attracting visitors looking for something different from the traditional high street shopping experience and helping to create a vibrant atmosphere across the outlet centre.

Abby Chandler, deputy centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “Our Artisan & Craft Fayres continue to be incredibly popular with both shoppers and traders, and we’re delighted that the next three events will all have a festive theme.

“The fayres offer a fantastic opportunity to support talented independent businesses while picking up unique Christmas gifts, seasonal treats and handmade products that you simply won’t find elsewhere.

“Combined with the great value available across our outlet stores, the festive fayres help make Lakeside Village a wonderful destination for Christmas shopping and a great day out for the whole family.”

Alongside exploring the festive stalls, visitors will be able to enjoy Lakeside Village’s range of outlet brands, cafés and restaurants, making it easy to tick off Christmas shopping lists while enjoying a fun seasonal experience.

The centre is gearing up for an exciting Christmas with its ever-popular free Santa’s Grotto also set to return in December.
