Two vehicles stolen in Doncaster burglary recovered by police the next day

Doncaster East Neighbourhood Policing Team officers were in Hatfield and Armthorpe on Friday distributing information relating to vehicle thefts.

A force spokesman said: “Opportunist thieves are known to walk around an area trying car doors in the hope the vehicle may have been left unlocked.

"SYP officers are patrolling the areas throughout the day and night to prevent this sort of crime.”
