A man has appeared in court charged with production of a Class B drug following a series of warrants in Doncaster on Wednesday, October 19.

Officers from the Doncaster Central Neighbourhood Policing Team) worked with partners in the the Immigration Service to execute five warrants at a number of addresses.

A total of 421 cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of over £400,000 were recovered from two of the properties.

Ani Dermyshai, 28, of Queens Road, appeared before Doncaster Magistrates Court and has been remanded into custody.
