Cannabis set-up found after house fire breaks out in Doncaster

A cannabis set-up was discovered after a fire broke out in a house in Doncaster last night.

Crews were alerted to the blaze on Ewood Drive, Cantley, at around 8pm and discovered the property well alight.

A cannabis set-up was found in the house and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.

The investigation is ongoing today.

Four fire engines were deployed to the blaze.

There were no injuries reported.
