Brand new youth centre set to open its doors in Doncaster
The centre has been made possible thanks to £1.4m of funding
Young people in a part of Doncaster will soon have access to a dedicated new space designed to support their wellbeing, development and future opportunities.
The new Wheatley Youth Centre will officially be opened to the public on Monday 26 October.

The centre provides a safe and welcoming environment where young people can take part in activities, access support, develop new skills and build positive relationships.
A range of programmes will be available, including sports, creative arts, educational workshops and wellbeing support.
To celebrate the opening, the centre will host a programme of free activities during October half term, including open youth sessions, a SEND session and a Halloween party.
The centre has only been made possible due to £1.4m funding provided by Government.
A City of Doncaster Council spokesperson said: “The opening marks an important investment in the future of Wheatley's young people, recognising the value of providing accessible community spaces that encourage confidence, resilience and aspiration.”
