Family-friendly festival in South Yorkshire will host Lightning Seeds, Space and comedian Justin Moorhouse

The family-friendly Wentworth Festival will take place on Saturday, September 18, in the stunning grounds of Wentworth Woodhouse – one of the largest stately homes in Europe.
It will showcase over 40 acts from the world of music and comedy performing across multiple stages in one day.

Headlining the main stage are million-selling British bands Lightning Seeds, The Feeling and Space, whilst over on the Comedy Stage, the 20th anniversary of Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights will be celebrated by welcoming the hit show’s stars Justin Moorhouse and Archie Kelly.
South Yorkshire’s Bang Bang Romeo, Soul Sensation, and Complete Madness will also be performing at the gig.
Plus, the Phoenix Club’s resident band Les Alanos will be hosting an amazing 80s and 90s afternoon disco featuring live performances from chart stars Kenny Thomas, Hazell Dean, Dario G and Rozalla.
There will be funfair rides, a variety of food, a 100ft main bar and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Tickets cost £50.65 for adults and £12 for children. They are currently available to purchase at www.sheffieldarena.co.uk/event/wentworth-music-festival or from the Wentworth village shop in Rotherham.
Doors open at 11 am, with the event starting around noon.
More acts will be announced in the coming months, and rescheduled tickets from June 2020 and June 2021 will remain valid for use.
