A club spokesman said: “Patrick, known as a virtuoso fiddler and guitarist, plays folk, country, jazz and rock and also sings.

“The trio are musicians who come from different backgrounds and musical genres. They have been connected by their common interest in traditional folk music.

“The band’s repertoire consists of positive and fast instrumental dance music, familiar and less familiar folk songs and ballads of England, Ireland, Scotland and more.

“Their unique Croatian/English take on the music was an immediate success and within their first year they attracted gigs in Croatia, Austria, Italy, Holland, Slovenia, and Hungary and managed to find

the time to record their first album, Smoke Stained Cackle.
