Doncaster Knights to face Ealing Trailfinders in their first game for ten months
Ambitious Ealing Trailfinders are the opponents at Castle Park tomorrow in Knights’ first game since March, following last weekend’s Covid-enforced cancellation against former European champions Saracens.
The triangular tournament has been arranged to bridge the gap to the start of a truncated Championship season which kicks off in five weeks’ time.

Hide AdBoden told drfc.co.uk ahead of Ealing’s visit: “They’re a very strong, powerful side and if you give them too much of the ball they’re going to cause you a lot of problems but that’s the same as most sides.
“The main thing is that we’ve got a lot of things to box off before we start looking at Ealing and Sarries.
“We’ve got to get our first game under our belts and we’ve got to put what we’ve been doing in training and our beliefs as a team into practice on the field. That’s what we want to see. That’s the biggest thing we want to try and achieve over the next few weeks.
“There’ll be plenty of things to work on, it’s our first game for ten months. But that’s what we want, we want to highlight the areas we’re doing well in and those that need improvement.”
Tomorrow’s game is available to watch online for £8.99 and can be ordered HERE.
