The Belgian winger continues to wait for his Rovers debut after joining on loan from Crystal Palace on transfer deadline day.
Moore wished to see Lokilo brought up to speed on the training ground and for the club’s U23s prior to introducing him into a matchday squad.

But having returned to training and sat out Monday’s Premier League Cup clash for the U23s due to being cup tied, he could be handed his first opportunity to feature against Wycombe on Saturday.
“Jason is ready to step in,” Moore said.
“He was cup tied on Monday night and he’d had an illness which ruled him out on Saturday.
“When players have these little bugs we keep them away for 48 hours and that was why he was not involved in the Shrewsbury game.

“He’s champing at the bit now.
“We wanted to get some volume into him.
“He’s available for selection going forward and he’ll be considered part of the first team set up for starting games and looking to make his debut.”
Should Lokilo feature on Saturday, another loanee would need to drop out with regulations permitting only five be named in any matchday squad.
