These are the football matches spectators CAN attend in Doncaster this weekend

Following the well-documented events of this week, elite level sport will continue to be played behind-closed-doors for the foreseeable future.

However, there are several football fixtures taking place in Doncaster this weekend which are open to spectators.

Saturday (3pm unless stated)

Rossington Main host Emley AFC in Division One of the Northern Counties East League.

Main are hoping to bounce back after losing their opening league game in midweek after defeat in the FA Vase last weekend.

Central Midlands League North Division leaders Harworth Colliery hope to maintain their one hundred per cent record against Staveley MW Reserves at the Jones & Co Recreation Ground.

Bessacarr host Newark Town Development and Thorne Colliery Development face Shirebrook Soldiers in Division One North.

The stand-out fixture in the Doncaster Rovers Saturday League is a top of the table clash between Askern Miners and Rossington Main Reserves at Manor Way (2.30pm).

Doncaster Rovers Belles face Bedworth United at Rossington Main’s Oxford Street ground in FAWNL Division One Midlands. Admission is £3 on the gate.

All of these matches are restricted to a maximum attendance of 300 with social distancing rules in place.

*Armthorpe Welfare were scheduled to be at home to Glasshoughton Welfare on Saturday but the game has been postponed due to the sudden passing of Glasshoughton's club secretary Frank MacLachlan.
