5. Marcus McGuane - Nottingham Forest to Oxford United
Marcus McGuane has become the forgotten man following his youth career with Arsenal followed by a stint with Barcelona. The midfielder joined the La Liga giants in 2018 and three years later - at the end of last season - signed on a permanent deal with League One side Oxford United. Jovan Malcolm is very highly-rated for West Brom and has impressed for their U18 and PL2 teams over the last couple of years.
