Doncaster Rovers Legends 6 Sheffield Wednesday Legends 6 - Wednesday win 6-5 on penalties

Colin Cramb fires in from the spot for Rovers to level up the game.

Colin Cramb is brought down in the box in a rather clumsy clash. Not the prettiest.

Alan Knowles limps off for Doncaster Rovers to be replaced by Lee Barker.

Marcus Tudgay sees his route to goal blocked and plays out wide to Lee Pearson who looks to curl a first time effort into the far corner only for Rovers keeper Craig Evans to pull off an impressive save.

8min GOAL Wednesday

Marcus Tudgay strikes a bouncing ball first time and it loops up off a defender’s leg and over Rovers keeper Craig Evans to give Wednesday the lead.

Paul Green looked all the world set to give Rovers the lead when he popped up in the middle of the box to meet a decent cross but Wednesday keeper Tom Crosby pulled off an excellent save.

Jason Price volleys over the bar after meeting a great cross from Tim Ryan.

It’s not the fastest paced game so far.

It feels so strange for supporters to be back in the Keepmoat but it is so, so good to see people in the stands. It’s been 15 months since supporters have seen live football in this stadium and it’s great that the sun has come out for the occasion too.
