Football rumours: Ramos to swap Madrid for Manchester United? Arsenal favours to land Porto’s Jackson Martinez?

With David De Gea still a target for Real Madrid, Manchester United are said to be eyeing defender Sergio Ramos as part of any proposed deal.

The Mirror are reporting that the 29-year-old Spanish international is unhappy, and despite having two years left on his contract, talks at an extended deal have stalled.

De Gea could be used as leverage to prise Ramos away from Madrid, after 10 years with the European giants.

Meanwhile The Express say that Arsenal are now the frontrunners for FC Porto’s Jackson Martinez.

The £25m rated striker was said to be on AC Milan’s radar, but the Italian side are now reported to be chasing Paris Saint-Germain’s Edinson Cavani instead.

The Chilean, currently starring in the Copa America, has already voiced his appreciation for the Gunners and the Premier League.

According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool will have to stump up a lot of cash for another Chilean striker, Sevilla’s Carlos Bacca.
