The Rovers skipper suffered a knock to his knee in training last week, seeing him miss Saturday's draw with Accrington Stanley.

The prognosis was a positive one, suggesting he would not be out of action for long. And it has proven to be the case with the 23-year-old available for selection.

“At the moment, all are fit," boss Darren Moore said.

“Ben will be back in the squad so we'll see how he is over the next 24 hours.”

With three games in seven days, Moore expects to have to shuffle his squad to get through the period.

But he also hopes to select the right players for the opposition.

“It’ll be a bit of both,” he said.

"We’ll be assessing it game by game and there will be assessing it to try to maximise the bodies tat we’ve got in the squad and having a look at the opposition that we’ve got coming up.

“It's a bit of both .

“It’s three games in a week so it’ll be more likely that we’ll use everybody.”
