Doncaster Rovers will have a couple of games in hand to play later in the season

Doncaster Rovers’ upcoming League One fixtures against Oxford United and Luton Town have been postponed due to international call-ups.

Grant McCann’s side were due to play host to Oxford United on Saturday 26 September in the first meeting between the two sides since a 1-1 draw in April 2022.

They were then scheduled to travel to Luton Town a week later on Saturday 3 October.

In a statement, Doncaster Rovers posted on their website: “Rovers’ Sky Bet League One fixtures against Oxford United and Luton Town have been postponed due to international call-ups.

“The hosting of the U's and trip to the Hatters were due to take place on Saturday 26 September and Saturday 3 October respectively, but will now be rearranged due to international selections.

“A new date and ticket details for these fixtures will be confirmed in due course.”
