Five absentees in total for Ireland as Doncaster Rovers squad numbers are revealed
Rovers have announced their squad numbers for the coming season
Doncaster Rovers have confirmed that they've taken a 26-man squad over to Ireland.
All seven summer signings are part of the travelling cohort, but as revealed by the Free Press yesterday out-of-favour Glenn Middleton and Bobby Faulkner remain back home. The pair have not travelled, neither have a clutch of youngsters who are all on senior contracts: Jacob Bryant, Kasper Williams and Lincoln Pawlak.
Meanwhile, Rovers have also unveiled their squad numbers for the coming campaign with little surprises. That's after images of the team in training at Cantley clearly showed new arrivals in their allocated numbers such as number ten for Alfie May and number three for James Husband.
Fellow new signings to get new numbers are: Tommy Simkin (one), Leon Ayinde (11), Neill Byrne (12), Frankie Okoronkwo (14) and Josh Clarke (42)
