After a run of three consecutive draws in League One, Doncaster Rovers will be determined to record their first victory of the season as they play host to Plymouth Argyle.
Last time out Grant McCann’s side took the lead through Isaac Hutchinson but were unable to see the game out after Notts County rallied back through Ollie Cooper.
Reflecting back on the recent run of draws, McCann said: “The frustrating thing about the draws is, we should have beat Barnsley here, we had enough chances to win the game. We're obviously 2-1 up at Stevenage, and conceded probably a minute or two after we'd scored, so that's frustrating.
“Obviously, being one-nil up here tonight and losing the lead in the last two games is the most frustrating bit about it. We had more opportunities to win the games, but we didn't so we just got to lick our wounds and go again.”
Ahead of this afternoon’s contest, here’s our predicted Doncaster Rovers starting lineup.
5. LB: Jack Senior
Rovers' unlikely goal hero Jack Senior has already found the net twice this season. He's someone that works hard at both ends of the pitch and that quality could be crucial against Plymouth this afternoon. | Howard Roe AHPIX LTD 07973739229 [email protected]

6. CM: Owen Bailey
Owen Bailey had a spell playing as a makeshift right-back but was moved into a more familiar central midfield role against Notts County. He got off the mark for the season in a 2-2 draw with Stevenage and will hope to add to that tally this afternoon.

7. CM: Robbie Gotts
The fans Man of the Match last time out, Robbie Gotts has enjoyed a pretty solid start to the campaign. He'll be vital in the engine room as Rovers aim to defeat a Plymouth side that did the double over them last season.
8. CM: Isaac Hutchinson
