Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances. Let us know what you think on Twitter @FreePressRovers.
5. Danny Amos 7
An assured performance on his return to the side. He covered well and developed a decent tandem with Reece James. He got forward well and put in some decent crosses. Photo: Andrew Roe/AHPIX LTD
6. Ben Whiteman 8
Struggled for his usual influence over the first half hour but grew into the game and became more dominant. He took the sting out of the Swindon press and got Rovers on the front foot. His pass for James’ second goal was sublime. Photo: Andrew Roe/AHPIX LTD
7. Matt Smith 7
Another busy performance to unsettle Swindon and also push forward from a deep position well. Showed real tenacity throughout. Photo: Howard Roe/AHPIX LTD
8. Josh Sims 7
Created the biggest concerning point on the night when he pulled up with a hamstring issue. But before that he was a real threat with his direct running and power cutting inside. Photo: Howard Roe/AHPIX LTD
