Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances at the Keepmoat. Let us know what you think on Twitter @FreePressRovers.
9. James Coppinger 8
Arguably his best performance of the season as he took his opportunity to shine. Real quality on the ball, he made space for himself, crafted and created and was regularly an option in space. The appointment of Butler could be the making of his season. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
10. Josh Sims 7
Very dangerous in the first half, he opened up and showed his pace to get beyond the opposition and looked to take on players cutting inside. He was not always successful but got Portsmouth on the back foot. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
11. Omar Bogle 8
A real workhorse performance leading the line, he battled hard and held the ball up superbly. It did not translate into many opportunities for him personally, but his unselfish display was vital for Rovers. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
12. Fejiri Okenabirhie 7
On for Taylor early, he offered something different from the wide areas and spent plenty of time in the middle to add to Rovers’ attacking options. His goal was superbly taken, but he had taken up a great position to give him the space to strike. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
