Here is how we rated Rovers’ individual performances at the Priestfield Stadium. Let us know what you think on Twitter @FreePressRovers.
1. Louis Jones 7
For all the bombardment from the opposition, he did not have to make many saves. His work in the air was good and he kicked well too. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
2. Brad Halliday 7
Very good defensively, with little getting beyond him from the wide areas for much of the game. He pushed forward well too and saw a decent effort cleared off the line. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
3. Joe Wright 8
Commanding at the back, dominant in the air and vocal. And then there was that superb body-on-the-line block late on. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
4. Tom Anderson 8
Too slow to react for Gillingham’s first goal, he never looked back afterwards to get the better of the physical battle with the hosts’ towering forwards. His headed goal was not bad either. Photo: AHPIX Ltd
