Centre half Blaney has joined National League North side Blyth Spartans on loan for the rest of the season.

And forward Kiwomya has joined up with Chorley – who are currently bottom of the National League – for the next month.

Both players are out of contract with Rovers in the summer.

Kiwomya suffered ankle ligament damage in training for Rovers in November but has recently returned to action. He featured for Rovers' U23s side in midweek.

The 23-year-old was transfer listed by previous boss Grant McCann at the end of last season but was given a reprieve by Darren Moore, though Rovers remained keen to send him out on loan in both the summer and January windows.

The former Chelsea trainee was involved in matchday squads for the first two months of the campaign and made a surprise appearance off the bench against Ipswich Town in September. He also played the full 90 minutes of two of Rovers’ matches in the Leasing.com Trophy.

After joining Rovers in June 2017, Kiwomya contracted the auto immune disorder Guillain Barre syndrome and struggled to recover for the remainder of his first season. He has managed only 20 senior appearances for Rovers, scoring once.

Blaney has been involved in ten senior matchday squads this season, making two appearances in the Leason.com Trophy. In total he has made four senior appearances for Rovers.
