Andy Butler’s side have got their work out, though, when it comes to winning promotion this season.
There is only one promotion slot available – and leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers will take some stopping.
Wolves sit top of the pile with six wins out of six, 37 goals scored and just three conceded.
Their bigger budget makes them clear favourites to win the division.
But Belles have maintained their upward trajectory under Butler and are determined to push them all the way.
Nadia Khan’s hat trick and a Kirsty Smith free kick saw Doncaster ease to victory at Leafield at the weekend - their fourth league win of the season.
Khan told Belles’ official website: “I’m really happy at the moment, I think the whole team is as well. We all enjoy coming in for training and for matches.
“Everybody is enjoying themselves, relationships are building and everyone is gelling together really well.
“On and off the pitch you can see it in the goals we’re scoring and matches we’re winning.”
Butler said: “It was an interesting match on a heavy pitch but both teams tried to play football the right way.
“I'm really pleased with how they approached and managed the game and got the result they deserved.”
Belles are without a game this weekend. They return to action on November 8 at home to Solihull Moors.
