Moore saw his small squad further depleted with the departure of striker Kwame Thomas at the end of his short term deal this week.
Thomas follows Alfie May in exiting the club. May joined Cheltenham Town for an undisclosed fee last week, while defender Donervon Daniels was recalled from his loan by parent club Luton Town.

Hide AdMoore was keen to add to his attacking ranks in particular this month prior to the exits and now admits new signings are essential, sooner rather than later.
“We’re very hopeful,” he said when asked about the chances of new players arriving before the weekend.
“Everyone is working extremely hard here and I’ll be working on Wednesday to get someone in.
“We’ll see if we can get a body in, if not two, before the weekend.
“We do need it, and I’ll be honest about that.

“It’s there for all to see.”
Moore says Rovers were close to adding a signing before Tuesday night’s win over Shrewsbury Town.
“We were really close,” he said. “I think we're close again to getting bodies in.
“We’ve spotted and identified targets again.
“Everyone is working hard to get bodies in to add more depth to the squad which we need.
“We’ve still one or two to come back from injury and we could do with one or two more options.”
