Doncaster Rovers boss Andy Butler has reported a mix of good and bad injury news ahead of this weekend’s visit of Northampton Town.
Jon Taylor has been ruled out for the rest of the season with ankle ligament damage.

Covid protocol prevents youth team call-up
Andy Butler has revealed why he couldn’t name an academy striker in his squad for the game at Crewe...
“It was down to Covid protocol. The youth team have a separate bubble to our bubble and if you want to bring someone in it has to be done with a test sent down to Leicester. And then you’ve got wait for the result, so with the short turn around it was impossible to do.”
Butler: “Tyreece is coming on really strong. Hopefully in four or five weeks he’ll be back with us.”
