LOCAL CRICKET: Luddington claim impressive win
Lawson (112) and Clark (94) did the damage as the openers ensured it would be a tough day for the home side.

In response, Messingham looked to start well, but Graham Clark took the first three wickets with only Martyn Snell (16) reaching double figures of the three in a good start with the ball for Luddington.
Clark completed a five wicket haul, before Arron Curry took each of the final four wickets of the day at the expense of 37 runs to ensure a big win for Luddington.
The North Lindsey League also got into full swing over the bank holiday, and Division Two saw two Isle sides in action.

Similarly at Misterton the home side were bowled out for 74 as Darren Emmingham top scored with 25. Cowling and Joe Taylor picked up three and two wickets respectively.
Jerry Thomas then hit 37 not out and Chris Nash 25 guided Hibaldstow to their target.
