New Vodafone customers can claim a £150 Gift Card when taking one of two high-speed Full Fibre packages, including a 910Mbps option for demanding workplaces

If you've been eyeing up a broadband upgrade, you could now have an extra reason to make the switch, with Vodafone currently offering a £150 Gift Card alongside two of its fastest Full Fibre packages.

The incentive is available with Vodafone Business Full Fibre 500 and Full Fibre 900 on new 24-month contracts, giving eligible customers £150 back on top of their new broadband connection.

The offer is aimed at new Vodafone Business customers, particularly small businesses with between one and nine employees, so it isn't available on ordinary residential broadband packages.

However, sole traders and people running companies from home to small shops, offices and other growing businesses where a reliable internet connection has become increasingly important will qualify.

The £150 Gift Card is available with both eligible Full Fibre speeds, meaning customers can choose the package that better reflects how heavily they use their connection rather than having to take the fastest available option simply to qualify for the reward.

Vodafone's Full Fibre 500 package offers average download speeds of around 500Mbps and is designed for businesses dealing with heavier everyday internet use, cloud backups and multiple connected devices.

Vodafone says the package is suitable for setups with as many as 20 connected devices. Standard packages typically include its Wi-Fi 6 Power Hub router.

For businesses moving larger amounts of data, Full Fibre 900 increases the average download speed to around 910Mbps.

That extra capacity is aimed at workplaces where several people might be making video calls simultaneously, transferring large files, hosting servers or carrying out other bandwidth-heavy tasks throughout the day.

It also comes with Vodafone's Wi-Fi 6 Power Hub on standard packages, while some higher-tier options use upgraded equipment.

Why the £150 reward could make switching more appealing

Broadband offers often focus almost entirely on the monthly price, but an upfront reward can make a considerable difference to the overall value of a new contract.

In this case, eligible customers taking either Vodafone Full Fibre 500 or Full Fibre 900 receive a £150 Gift Card as part of the current promotion.

That could be particularly useful for a small company facing other costs at the same time as upgrading its broadband, whether that's new equipment, office supplies or simply everyday running expenses.

The offer also gives businesses that were already considering switching another figure to factor into the cost of the 24-month agreement.
