Woman injured in two vehicle smash on Doncaster stretch of motorway

A woman has been injured following a road traffic collision on a stretch of motorway, just outside a Doncaster town.

The two-vehicle collision occurred around 7pm on Saturday, December 26 on the M180 westbound towards Thorne, between junction two and one.

A South Yorkshire police spokesman said: "One woman sustained minor injuries in the collision."

The collision is believed to have involved a car and a van.
