Win your dream wedding cake this Valentine's Day

Doncaster Free Press has teamed up with Waterdale Shopping Centre and St. Modwen to give away a wedding cake from Amazing Floral Sugar, Doncaster’s largest cake and sugar craft shop, specialising in made-to-order wedding and celebration cakes.

Waterdale Shopping Centre sits in the heart of Doncaster just a short walk from Doncaster Interchange. With over 40 retail stores, 37 apartments and a number of office units, Waterdale is a great place to shop, live and work. The Centre has a large underground car park which is very competitively priced and is manned by a friendly security team, providing visitors to the town centre extra re-assurance. Parking prices are between £1 for one hour and £5 for five hours and over.

The centre, which is owned and managed by St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialists, is currently undergoing a rolling programme of refurbishments to revitalise the Centre and bring further investment and jobs to the area. St. Modwen has also recently secured planning consent to redevelop the Young Street car park to bring forward plans to deliver 11,000 sq ft of retail space and 11,000 sq ft of office, leisure and restaurant space.

Last year St. Modwen brought the iconic ‘Lovers’ statue to Waterdale, almost 30 years since it was last on display, following extensive restoration work to return it to its former glory. The ‘Lovers’ was the meeting place for thousands of Doncastrians in the 1960s.
