Major Doncaster road closed due to 'police incident'

Drivers have been encouraged to avoid Trafford Way and find an alternative route after officers closed the road both ways until further notice.

In a tweet, South Yorkshire Police said: “Trafford Way in Doncaster is closed in both directions until further notice due to a Police incident.

“Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.”
