Lane closed on the A1 exit slip road due to a broken down vehicle

Motorists are being warned of potential tailbacks this morning.

Highways England have reported that one lane of the A1 southbound exit slip road leading to the A638 is currently closed.

The closure is due to a broken down vehicle.

Normal traffic conditions are expected to return between 9.30am and 9.45am.
