Train services disrupted between Sheffield and Doncaster
There has been disruption to rail services between Sheffield railway station and Doncaster railway station due to a points failure earlier this evening.Â
National Rail say the disruption was because of a points failure at Mexborough station.
All lines have now reopened, however trains running between Sheffield and Doncaster may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 45 minutes.
CrossCountry services may be diverted via an alternative route.
Delays are expected to last until 7pm.
