Suspected stolen van in flames near Doncaster village

Firefighters from Thorne Fire Station were sent to the scene of the blaze at around 1am today, with police also at the location.

The van, a Fiat vehicle, was alight near Cuckoo Lane, Hatfield. The fire crew turned a hose reel on the blaze to put the flames out.

Fire officers said they spent around 45 minutes at the scene to the blaze today.
