Santa to bring festive cheer to Christmas craft fair

Father Christmas is taking time out of his busy schedule for children in North Lincolnshire to visit him (with the help of Scunthorpe Lions) on:

Saturday November 28, December 5, December 12 and December 19 from 10.30am to 3.30pm

Thursday December 10 from 4pm to 7pm

Sunday December 13 and 20 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Monday and Tuesday December 21 and 22 from noon to 3pm

It costs £4.50 per child to meet Father Christmas and they will receive a Christmas present. There will also be the option to have a photo with Father Christmas to take home for just £1.50.

All money raised will be used locally for children and adults who need help; this includes food hampers, bravery lions for children in hospital, pantomime tickets for children and carers and many other deserving causes.

Councillor John Briggs, cabinet member for Assets, Culture and Housing, said: “Christmas is always a magical time of year and at North Lincolnshire Museum we want to ensure families have a wonderful time when they visit. Father Christmas is looking forward to meeting all the children and young people in North Lincolnshire, so make sure you pop along and see him.

“The Christmas Craft Fair will be bustling with fantastic stalls where you can find lots of special gifts for your loved ones. Don’t worry if you haven’t already started your Christmas shopping, the Craft Fair will have plenty for you to choose from.”
