Police and paramedics were called to Hatfield shortly after noon.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We were called to the A18 in Hatfield, Doncaster, at 12.15pm today (1 May) following a collision between a blue Toyota Yaris and an orange Vauxhall Corsa.
“The road was closed near the junction with Ash Hill as emergency services responded.
“No serious injuries have been reported as a result of the collision and the road reopened shortly after 2pm.”
