Construction is well underway on Doncaster’s new £14 million art gallery, library and museum.

And we have been given a sneak preview of the building with a tour of the landmark building, along with Doncaster couple Rachel and David Cook, after Rachel suggested the name that you, our readers, voted to give the venue.

Our gallery proves a great view of how the building will look, when it opens as the Danum Gallery, Library and Museum this summer.

The old museum on Chequer Road closed earlier this year.
